I make and pack every order myself. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipping.

Returns

I sadly can't offer refunds, but I'll be happy to provide store credit if something doesn’t work out.

International Orders

If you're ordering from outside of Canada, you're responsible for any customs duties or fees.
(Note: Due to current tariffs, these fees may be higher than usual.)

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, I can’t take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
